We offer wholesale pricing on a selection of our collections, with a minimum order quantity. Lead times and availability will be discussed upon inquiry.

SHIPPING POLICY

Destinations: We currently ship to Italy and selected European countries. For shipping inquiries outside Europe, contact us at premiata.ceramica@gmail.com.
Processing Times: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Peak periods may extend this to 6 business days.
Shipping Costs:
- Italy: €10 for small items, €15 for large items. Free shipping on orders over €170.
- Europe: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and size, typically ranging from €20 to €50.
Carriers: We generally ship with Poste Italiane, DHL, UPS, or GLS. A tracking number will be provided upon shipment.
Customs & Duties: Orders outside the EU may incur import taxes and duties payable by the customer. Please check with your local customs office for details.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If an issue arises, please refer to the following conditions:

Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will cover return shipping and arrange a replacement or refund.
Change of Mind: Unused, undamaged items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds: Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of defective or damaged items.
