Gourd-shaped Vase in stoneware
The decoration is not painted but structural. The nerikomi pattern is carefully assembled piece by piece, creating designs that are visible both inside and out. Serendipity arises from the repetition and arrangement of colored clay modules, turning a geometric grid into fluid, organic forms. The effect is reminiscent of digital printing, allowing for limited editions with unique variations and subtle material experiments.
